Returns and refunds

Our return policy lasts 30 days from receipt of your package. After this period, no refund or exchange is possible.

For packages not received, you have 1 month from the order date to contact us for a return or refund. After this period, no action can be taken.

Return conditions

Items must be unused, in original condition and defective to be eligible. Proof of purchase is required.

Partial repayments

Partial refunds may be granted for items damaged or incomplete for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by e-mail whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or no refund

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Processing times may vary. If after 2 weeks you still have not received anything, contact us at contact@patch-nane.fr.

Exchanges

We do not make exchanges.
